Why These Numbers Matter

  • Scores are mechanical, not editorial. Every Brickplot score is computed from a fixed 11-axis formula with hard caps. No project receives a score adjustment based on advertising relationships or editorial preference.
  • RERA count reflects verified filings. A project is counted as RERA-verified only when Brickplot has confirmed the registration number against the relevant state portal — not merely because a builder claims registration.
  • We publish a verdict only after independent verification.A Buy is issued only when a project clears every check against the public record. Everything else stays in “independent verification in progress” — we show the sourced records and what is still pending, and we do not issue a negative verdict from incomplete data. Brickplot is not a promotional platform and accepts no builder commissions.
